WATT is a non-profit UK registered organisation engaging directly with global STEM leaders to inspire, develop and promote gender equity.

Our aim is to provide an inclusive community through a networking platform for tailored mentoring to equip woman talent with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to advance their career.

Support, engage and equip women in STEM, regardless of their background, with the leadership mindset and capabilities to capture new opportunities, empowering them to fulfill their growth potential, both personally and professionally.

Our SheWasYou™ campaign tells the inspirational stories of women during their studies and early careers in STEM.  These role models come from all over the world and are now building successful careers in various sectors (e.g. academia, industry, pharma, start-ups, business, etc).  SheWasYou™ focuses on the challenges they overcame to achieve their success, showing that these women were not that different from you when they started.
