Why might you share my personal data with third parties?

Which third party service providers process my personal data?

Analytics and search engine providers – We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our Website.

Providers of technical solutions – We use Mailchimp to store email addresses collected through the Website and produce our newsletter. The Website and emails are hosted by TSO. The Website is run by WordPress. 

5. STORING YOUR INFORMATION

5.1. We may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to the US. If we do so we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection and is treated in a way consistent with EU and UK laws on data protection.

Mailchimp’s servers are located in the US and it has signed up to the EU-US Privacy Shield. There is an adequacy decision by the European Commission in respect of the US for Privacy-Shield. 5.2. We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting obligations.
